Anna Woodson, MSW, RSW

 

Anna Woodson has a Master’s degree in social work and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Before moving to London in 1999, she worked in Toronto providing therapy and program development in a variety of mental health settings, including The Metro Toronto Special Committee on Child Abuse, the Creche Child and Family Center and Oolagen Community Services. She was also a field practice instructor with the University of Toronto. Before joining Dr. Barnett in private practice in 2003, Ms. Woodson was the Clinical Director of Madam Vanier Children's Services.

 

Ms. Woodson offers psychotherapy from an integrative clinical perspective informed by a number of theoretical approaches including psychodynamic, mindfulness based cognitive behavioral, and family therapy. She is particularly interested in helping people to understand themselves better so they can make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships with others.
